01
There is no universal schedule
The right frequency for lymphatic drainage depends on why you are booking, how you respond, your budget and whether there is a medical context. A fixed package is not automatically better than occasional care.
For general wellness, some clients book when they want a calming reset. Others prefer a monthly rhythm. A first appointment can help you decide whether the treatment feels useful before committing to a series.
02
General wellness appointments
If your goal is relaxation, body awareness or easing the feeling of heaviness, frequency is largely personal. Weekly care may suit a short period when you want more regular support. Fortnightly or monthly care may be easier to maintain. There is no need to imply that missing a session harms the body.
A considered clinic should discuss your goal without using fear, detox deadlines or guaranteed transformations to sell a plan.
03
Post-operative frequency
After surgery, the schedule must follow medical guidance and your changing recovery. The surgeon may recommend a particular timeframe, restrict treatment or advise against it. The clinic should reassess suitability rather than treating every appointment as identical.
If symptoms change between sessions, contact the surgical team. More frequent massage is not a substitute for medical review.
04
When a membership may make sense
A membership can make booking easier when you already know which services you enjoy and a regular routine fits your life. Compare the exact inclusions, cadence, price and cancellation terms before purchasing.
Choose based on the services you will realistically use, not the largest bundle. Lymph & Wellness offers weekly, bi-weekly and monthly options with different combinations of sauna, recovery boots, body roller and LED bed access.
Common questions
Questions, answered.
Is weekly lymphatic massage too often?
It may be suitable for some wellness clients, but frequency should reflect individual comfort, goals and health context.
Do I need a package to see a benefit?
No specific outcome can be guaranteed, and a package is not essential for every client.
Can I decide after one session?
Yes. A first treatment is a sensible way to understand the experience before choosing a regular rhythm.
